The Wladimir A. Smirnoff Fellowship is a joint initiative of the Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 d\u2019entomologie du Qu\u00e9bec (SEQ), Quebec Society for the Protection of Plants (QSPP) and Natural Resources Canada \u2013 Canadian Forest Service (NRCan \u2013 CFS).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each $3,000 scholarship is awarded to a student who pursues graduate studies in the fields of forest entomology or forest phytopathology in Quebec. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
